Jack is the Founder of Ford Creative, guiding the agency’s growth and setting the vision for everything it does. Since starting the studio, he’s been focused on building strong client relationships, shaping bold ideas, and creating a team culture that’s as fun as it is ambitious. With a knack for balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on detail, Jack has helped Ford Creative become known for its flexibility, approachability, craft, and creativity. Outside the studio, he’s just as tenacious—whether he’s on the golf course, taking Margaux out, or sharing a good bottle of wine with friends.

Director of Design Mischief
Ryan is Ford Creative’s Design Lead and longest-serving team member. Since joining the studio, he’s grown alongside the business, building a wealth of knowledge and experience across brand, print, and digital projects. Known for his versatility and collaborative approach, Ryan helps steer the creative direction on projects while ensuring the team’s work is delivered with clarity, craft, and impact. He’s passionate about creativity both in and out of the studio—whether he’s at the gym, honing his realism drawing skills, or spending time with friends and family.

Wayne is Ford Creative’s Senior Designer, bringing over 12 years of experience in creative agencies. He’s passionate about turning ideas into designs that make an impact, from brand identities to campaigns across print and digital. A skilled animator, Wayne also brings design to life through motion, adding energy and depth to visual storytelling. At Ford Creative, he collaborates with clients and the team to create thoughtful, engaging design that helps brands stand out. Outside the studio, Wayne can usually be found experimenting with animation, sketching, or spending time with family and friends.

The Middle Child
Dylan is our Mid-Weight Designer at Ford Creative, bringing over three years of experience in brand identity, print, and web design. He’s learned that the secret to great design lies somewhere between craft, collaboration, and caffeine. When he’s not designing, you’ll find him exploring new food spots, watching F1, or pretending he’s a badminton pro.

Jasmine Trueman
The Gate Keeper
Our Account Manager with over 6 years of experience in agency and educational marketing. Jasmine acts as the main point of contact for all client communications. Translating briefs into innovative and strategic campaigns whilst managing timelines and ensuring the project runs smoothly. Outside of work you’ll find Jasmine testing new recipes in the kitchen in the attempt at becoming star baker or roaming around Bristol with a coffee in hand.

Mia is Ford Creative’s Junior Designer, bringing a fresh perspective and a passion for design that’s both bold and considered. With a forward-thinking approach to concept development, she enjoys crafting brand identities and creating effective digital and print design solutions. Always eager to learn, Mia thrives on pushing her skills further and exploring new creative possibilities. She’s already making her mark with clients and the team, adding energy and ideas to every project. Outside of work, she loves exploring new trends, finding inspiration, and immersing herself in creative culture.

As Head of Morale, Margaux takes her role seriously—keeping the team relaxed, well-rested, and occasionally distracted. A black Labrador by breed and a people person at heart, she’s known for her calm presence, impeccable sense of timing when it comes to attention, and unwavering commitment to snack security.
