He’s passionate about turning ideas into designs that make an impact, from brand identities to campaigns across print and digital. A skilled animator, Wayne also brings design to life through motion, adding energy and depth to visual storytelling. At Ford Creative, he collaborates with clients and the team to create thoughtful, engaging design that helps brands stand out. Outside the studio, Wayne can usually be found experimenting with animation, sketching, or spending time with family and friends.

We began with a deep dive into Chang-Sam’s values, ambitions, and audience expectations. From this, we developed a new brand identity that brought a fresh, modern perspective while staying true to their heritage. The refreshed branding balanced clean professionalism with distinctive creative cues inspired by the Seychelles, creating an identity that felt both authoritative and approachable. To bring the new brand to life, we designed and built a bespoke website that mirrored their updated visual identity. The site not only communicated their full service offering but also placed emphasis on user experience, storytelling, and a seamless navigation structure. Careful use of imagery and cultural references reinforced the Seychelles connection throughout. The result was a cohesive brand transformation.
